Yeah I dunno if you noticed but people are telling you literally what they want. People agree this was a bug and yes you have to remove them but what you guys do not see is that people are willing to do what is needed to get them.
Are you guys in blizzard so arrogant you cant even see what your player base wants.
And yes before anyone comes in I have a lot of the original ones, I do not have the druid ones but I did not play druid back in legion and even then I agree people should have a shot at getting them.

Because collection sets have nothing to do with a challenge that was created around our talent trees, borrowed power and an artifact. There is no way to bring that back and they said they will not bring them back. There are many things I missed out on and I don’t want them to come back because I respect those who obtained them.

This is my 4th account over the years… But I’m not going to argue that point. Are you saying it wasn’t easy when you had 2x epics and full tier gear… You can talk smack all day but will you lie too?

A version of the bear form at least should still be obtainable. Cutting Edge as a bear in literally any season is more impressive than Timmy Antorus Normal flattening the Mage Tower late in Legion.

It is a shame to see Blizzard going this route instead of just making Mage Tower skins available to collect in some capacity. Lot of people are being spiteful in the comments which is expected. But I came here to simply say that Blizzard shouldn’t have gone about fixing this in this manner and instead let people keep them and offered a way to earn all MT skins for artifacts.
Don’t worry though guys the contradiction of not allowing AOTC in MoP Remix because it was special and now allowing Legion AOTC mount to be collected is in no way comparable to Mage Tower skins which were still super hard (sarcasm) by the end of Legion what with Antorus raid gear totally not minimizing the difficulty of Mage Tower.

This is so dumb, in my opinion. Locking decade skins away again rather than bringing them back for those who missed them. Why not just give the skins or have druid players do the same thing that those who got them years ago did??

I don’t often post in the forums, but I feel I have to right now because I am SO disappointed in how this is being handled.
Initially announcing no mage tower appearances for remix? Yeah, okay, sure. I’m not gonna pretend I’m thrilled, because I was disappointed then too and don’t agree with the FOMO business model. I kinda still held out hope that minds would be changed after seeing how many people want them to be brought back!
But this bug happening after all that?? I don’t care that it’s just a bug and was unintended- this is a MASSIVE oversight that makes all us Druids who have wanted these forms feel like were teased by a mage-tower-appearance-shaped carrot being dangled in front of us. Like, I cannot state enough how frustrating it feels. You would think that after being so adamant about mage tower appearances, devs would take special care to make sure they can stick with it instead of allowing a massive bug like this that rubs salt in the wound and adds insult to injury to be unnoticed.
There has never been anything quite like the mage tower since, especially for cats. There hasn’t even been a cat recolor. The reasoning given for bears getting one is that there was a whole new skeleton for the bear form. But now the Emerald Dream patch introduced runebears that also have the same skeleton. I can’t help but feel entirely shafted as a feral main of 5 years.
Also, weren’t the forms originally advertised as spec-specific? So people who never planned to play bear or cat wouldn’t have had reason to try for them, but a few years later they became been usable by all specs and have been for like 5 years now… idk, just something else to consider why people are fighting so hard to have these appearances be properly earnable again.

Same situation here. I started playing WoW for the first time in the BfA prepatch and have admired the Mage Tower druid skins ever since I first saw them as I was leveling up. I remember trying to google how to get them and my disappointment when I learned they were no longer available. But yeah, today was so cool getting to go to the barber and use those awesome forms I’ve coveted for 7 years now.

As one of the people who definitely didn’t clear the Mage Tower until 7.3, I can confirm that it was very easy simply by virtue of the fact that I was able to do it. Me, a decidedly mediocre player who barely manages AotC and for the more min/max types, is an eternal green-blue parser on warcraftlogs.

It takes an hour to get the bronze for Lemix exclusive stuff, why bother playing once you have all that lmfao.
This right here. If the decision is so important, and it’s absolutely necessary to protect the limited availability of those skins. Then there should be evidence of that importance. You had a to choose a side of your player base to appease in regards to exclusive cosmetics, and I totally understand that. It’s hard to make that choice. However, this adds insult to injury, and I just don’t know how they are going to fix this situation.
