Just like how you’re acting when people are requesting for appearances to be re-earnable again?
Like, why is it that most people, including yourself, that are against the Mage Tower appearances are the ones who are usually the most toxic within the forums.
We see all the toxicity from people, throwing insults, all towards others who have a different take on things. Like seriously, it is pixels on a computer screen. If you’re getting upset that people are requesting for pixels on a screen, you do need to find a new hobby.
I just like these pixels cause their pretty and i wanna see more people running around in them. Granted I also use common sense and logic. nor do I go against the idea of the release.
Ask any of them for a real answer outside of feelings and they just tell you “no your feelings don’t matter” to add onto the irony like that means theirs did then.
I want people to have another oppitunity to earn the Mage Tower Artifact Appearances again. I am not going to be losing anything if Blizzard allowed people to earn them like how I earned them back in Legion.
I cant feel any other way really i only got the form cause it was close to spectral tiger mount. I play warrior now… let them have them the only people that care are the ones that had to have invested something odd into MT at this point. I can’t fathom how it bugs them, may have to do with not being toxic. But Dorn was glorious first patch seeing a rainbow run around.
It’s always the most toxic of people coming onto the forums to rain on other player’s parade because they feel safe hiding behind forum anonymity.
People here are not “whining”, nor “acting childish” nor being “brats”, “karens” or whatever else have you. The forums are a place for people to go and voice their opinions or requests, you do not have to reply to everyone on blizzard’s behalf. Blizzard is not going to pat you on your head and call you their specialist little player because you were being a toxic person to someone simply requesting something on the forums. (Saying you as a royal you for everyone posting ‘lol get over it’ and other similar comments)
The fact of the matter is that it’s been nearly a decade since we’ve had access to the OG Mage Tower and every single month people have been requesting a way to get them back. That doesn’t seem like a big ask. Especially for new players.
WoW needs new life in order for their game to continue to grow. And the sad reality is a lot of people who see old exclusives that have been taken out of the game feel discouraged from playing the game if they see something really neat that they can never get again. Why would someone new bother to play a druid class if they find out about the MT forms and have someone go “LOL SUCKS TO SUCK YOU SHOULD HAVE BEEN THERE” when they ask about it? That’s not going to encourage people to stick around, that’s going to reaffirm that they shouldn’t spend time and energy (and most importantly in blizzard’s case subscription money) in a game where they can’t unlock something.
And I can’t imagine the toxic players want to have more of their own kind around. Even circle jerks get boring to the hardcore players. You want new life in this game. Blizzard wants new life in this game. Let us have the MT forms and a way to earn them. Exclusivity gets you nothing but an inflated ego and we have quite enough of those floating around already.
People can be proud of their achievements/cosmetics without sticking their nose into whether someone else has them. That’s presuming they aren’t using their achievements/cosmetics just to fuel their god complex.
You have no idea if it will happen or not. With legion remix just starting and legion classic well on the way with a survey asking for cosmetics to be shared across classic and retail. There will be a time where people gatekeepers deem beneath them have everything they either dont have and secretly want, or have and want to keep others from getting.
Regardless of whether its in remix, if they share cosmetics between classic and retail the only thing you wont be able to get anymore is the Old School Rides, of which I KNOW the gatekeepers dont have either.
I’m all for them re-releasing old unobtainable content, especially when it makes the most sense to do so, Lemix would have been a great time to re-release the mage tower appearances.
