Also, consider the percentage in context of overall numbers: there are hundreds of mogs for every weapon barring niche items like war glaives (to which demon hunters can mog over to a different weapon if they don’t like any of their glaive options). There are less than 20 skins for each druidic form available to a player that doesn’t spend money to frequently race change for different racial forms, many of them just recolors of the same model. The ratio is highly unfair already when you compare the amount of customization all other classes get compared to druids (hell even the Dracthyr who famously are shafted in tmog at least get to see all their racial customization along with their mog). Gatekeeping 10-15% of their forms when that number is so low is a much bigger blow than any other class, especially when you consider how many mogs have similar lookalikes or things that fill the same vibe, but the MT stuff is very unique and fills its own class fantasy niche

So because you personally are okay with the limited number of druid forms you have, and Blizzard arbitrarily deciding to gatekeep 10-15% of those limited forms, that makes it okay for everyone? Everyone must agree with that decision? No one else can decide that is unfair and speak up about it, regardless of whether or not they may have genuine reasons for wanting to do so (to which you think no reasons are valid anyways)? Okay cool, we found someone with limited empathy who thinks of themselves first and their community second

Those sparkle kitties aren’t simply 15% of our available forms. They are worlds apart from anything else we can use for our feral forms (even though they’re based on the usual model). Their specialness makes the gatekeeping infinitely worse, and the lack of recolors all the more infuriating.

How about make up to those people who earn the forms in legion? Any compensation for them? Their time means nothing to you right?

The vast majority of the posts here are not asking for the forms to be given to them. They are asking for the opportunity to earn them either in Remix or out of it. How does that minimize the work you did?
CE Mounts are big status symbols, but after an expansion is over they drop to 1% drop rates, and folks can then run Mythic over and over and over again until they get the mount to drop. However, AOTC Mounts, a Mount for Heroic Raid Completion is a one Time reward for the season.
If you earned them in Legion, great! Amazing. So truly happy for you.
I wasn’t playing WoW until 16 Months Ago, and I’m still chasing Druid Forms, but if the Mage Tower was still around, I’d be slamming my head against the wall over and over again until I got the ghost cats if they were available. I have friends who lost their accounts with their werebears and just want to get them again.
The players will work for the forms. Blizzard only needs to make them available.

Almost everyone who is trying to gatekeep these artifact appearances rather than allow them to be collectible again by having Mage Tower challenges be included in remix (or in any other capacity for collecting them) got their MT artifact appearance AFTER Antorus was released in November 2017 which significantly nerfed the difficulty of the challenges.
In fact, as mentioned many times now, the mage tower was slated to only be in the Tomb of Sargeras raid tier and then removed but that got changed to “till the end of the expansion” and it was quite controversal because people who did it before Antorus felt it cheapened the challenge, not everyone mind you but the same loud minority as is in this thread gatekeeping the return of the cosmetics and challenges.
You could breeze through challenges in Antorus WQ and LFR gear without much trouble. I’m sorry you think otherwise.
Deathless Chosen of the Dead from ToV is attainable in Remix despite the challenge being woefully easier.
Violet Spellwing is obtainable in remix despite MoP Remix not letting people collect Kor’kron wolf despite outcry for it.
This level of inconsistency on Blizzard is why everyone is upset and regurgitating Ion’s words about “AOTC isn’t considered challenging content with limited rewards” is Ion being his usual “putting his foot in his mouth” self.
