for unholy dk, it seems that every time I log in, my pet control (e.g., gnaw stun and leap kick) are set to auto, and I often can’t even change them back to manual control, so just wondering what is causing this and if there is a workaround?
Just annoying thing I noticed with unholy atm.
For ele shaman, is there a reason to have chain lightning keybound to anything if I’m only planning to do shuffle, blitz, maybe 2s? Shaman already feels overwhelming due to the keybind requirements, and just trying to see if it would be safe to free this one up [e.g., looking for buttons that have little-no purpose in pvp, and this seems like one of them to me]?
Also wouldn’t mind talent build import that is still really solid but perhaps with somewhat minimal binds if anyone has one
Only thing I can think of is if someone is behind a pillar and you need to get them in combat/stop drinking via chaining off an enemy/pet/totem close to him that in your Los but I guess Earthquake works better for that?
actually using it. Sometimes I’m able to turn it back to manual, other times not unless i exit game and restart, but most of the time I don’t realize it until I’m in a shuffle and my pet uses the abilities right away.
I do have a lot of addons, so I guess I’ll have to look into which one(s) is/are potentially causing the issue.
didn’t think about that but will keep in mind, but yeah, sounds like for what I plan to be doing on ele shaman I can keep that off my bars for now.
There are niches cases you’ll chain lightning off a pet or hitting a guy who peaks to cleave his team behind a pillar, but almost never does this actually play out in practice.
appreciate it, yeah that is more or less what I was thinking.
Considering it’s my 6th toon, think I’m just going to save a keybind instead of hoping to see an incredibly rare opportunity to make a clutch play with chain lightning.
This is a 5 year old bug that other players have reported and I have been reporting it for 2 years and Blizzard still hasn’t given me a solution. I have reported it through all means and tried countless things, with and without Blizzard. I will only tell you that it is a SHAME that a paid game does not have good support.
