Unexpected closures ( cierres inesperados) 0319

Hello, I am having problems when entering WoW retail, it is giving me error WOW51900319, when I checked it tells me that it is because I lost connection to the servers, which is not true because when I open another game it does not happen to me, so my internet has no problems, I need help, (I have already done all the steps that they told me to do in the previous ticket and it is not solved, I need help, it has been almost a week since I could play) , I updated Windows, drivers, reinstalled WOW, addons, removed the interface, etc., etc., I did everything they told me and nothing.
I was helped by a MJ within the game who sent me these steps and I couldn’t solve them either , (Reset and update the IP address using the ipconfig /release and ipconfig /renew commands on the command line.) Does anyone have any idea what I can do?
Clear the DNS cache using the ipconfig /flushdns command.

Unfortunately blizzard has had several ddos attacks, i heard there was one about 12 or so hours ago.

Different games or internet services working just means those servers are on a different network.

I won’t blame your internet, but it may take time to clear up. Where are you playing from, what internet?
