I have no idea what you’re talking about, because I’m new and dumb, but I assume it’s about Bolvar? Anyway, we already CAN tame undead pets. There are diseased wolves, dead hawks, spirit beasts, diseased bears, undead boars and much more. I can’t provide links, but go on Petopia and search.

I would love to see this actually, as well as more dog breeds. The Shu-Zen mount, I would especially love seen turned into a pet because I have a chow in real life.

100% onboard with this idea.
I made an undead hunter recently and wanted to go out and tame some undead pets.
I ended up taming the infected bear and wolf and plan on taming the skull faced boar in Northrend and I think there are the undead birds too, forget their name.
Doesn’t seem to be much else though, sadly.

There’s an undead antelope in felwood too [will add link]. There’s also some clearish demon dogs in kara…I always thought they kind of were undeadish [those are in other places too-but those are the transparent ones].
I would disagree there. Gnomes aren’t the only ones allowed to tame mechanical pets. At most, maybe require a tomb to learn to tame them like non-gnome races have to do for theirs.

For a short time they had them labeled as ‘beasts’ back in alpha/beta, and got my hopes up. lol

They shoulda let us tame demon animals in Argus, sea creatures (in bubbles) in Nazjatar and Undead beasts in the Shadowlands.

Good point, I forgot about the ghostlike demon dogs, I even have one on a different hunter, lol, oops.
I was just thinking skeletal earlier, but ghost works too.

You can tame the little gazelles in the Barrens and better yet - they’re tenacity lol. I have a set on one of my hunters.
I do very much want a little alpaca pet though (hunter or companion).
That still bugs me. How do you tame a robot pet. It would seem they hack it system. Still a weird concept.

i know there’s something you can make in wod that allows you to tame robot animals(think engys can make it), think its a one use item. think you can get it no the ah
it is annoying seeing a bot you want, going back to make/buy the thing to tame it, go back and see its dead

Good news is you only have to learn it once, and then you can tame mechanical pets to your hearts content. If you have an engineer friend that can make you one…that’s a good way to save gold. They are pretty simple to make. If you were ally and on my server, I’d make you one no problem.
On my server, they’ve really dropped in price. People usually try 10-15k, before realizing they aren’t going to get that and cut down to 4-5k, and just want it out of their bags.

and then never use it caz i dont see robo pets alot… besides on mechagon but im to bisy/lazy farming rust feather, lol
just looked it up, its the “Mecha-Bond Imprint Matrix” think i looked it up before and it looked like a one use item, good to know its not
