Ignore the usual suggestions here.

What you want is the “Scourgebound Vanquisher” and you can get it for doing Time Rifts in DF.

It is much more “undead” looking and has a gorgeous purple and green tint. Great for Unholy DK especially.

The mount Shiftydruid linked and the part of their post that Slotmachine quoted are not the same thing.

I know about that, but that is not the part of that post that Slotmachine quoted, they quoted the part AFTER the Protodrake where Shiftydruid mentioned the other Frost Wyrm mounts (the term ‘Frost Wyrm’ does not appear anywhere in that post before that part). The relevant section from the original reply, which Slotmachine partially quoted:

Go to Legion expac. Do the quest campaign for DK, it’s relatively fast.
At the end of that you get a class mount.

It’s an impressive dead dragon. You’ll like it.

    They can be found in DragonFlight expac.

I’ve been doing that with one of my toons and it’s been a fun ride. Some of the expansions are amazing. If you want the Legion class-specific mount right away, know that Legion is widely regarded as one of the best expansions!

There’s like a skeletal gryphon mount you can buy from Acherus or there was before it moved tot he broken shore. Acherus is still present in plaguelands even if your death gate goes to broken shore though so I think there’s a vendor there that sells the skeletal gryphon. Other than that the frost wyrm proto drake or any frostwyrm tends to match them perfectly. You can actually get one that changes color schemes from the Legion order hall that has a coffin on the back of it.

Would also like to mention The Spirit of Eche’ro for DKs that might lean more into Undead and Nature. It’s a ghostly moose. You get it from Legion archaeology, so it might be hard to get.

There might be a few Shadowlands mounts that fit, as well as the Ironbound & Rusted Protodrakes from Ulduar (it might not be undead but I’m not sure). Midnight (both versions) and The Headless Horseman’s Mount are also options.

Maldraxxus has the Boneswen Fleshroc if you want a more out-there undead mount.

You can do all class hall content of Legion expansion to unlock a Undead Dragon that changes of color for each DK spec and also have modern graphics compared with those one from ICC.

Maldraxxus, in Shadowlands, also have a lot of undead mounts. the most easy is an undead flying slime serpent that is 100% drop from the Plaguefall dungeon. All you need to do is kill the all bosses without dying, on heroic or mythic dificult. After kill them, you need to take a portal back to the third boss room and you will see a slime serpent swiming at one of the poison pools around the place. Just click on it and you will get the mount. You can use a max level character to one shot everything in the dungeon and get the mount.

Archeus Ebon hold in Eastern plaguelands above lights hope chapel, Dread Commader Thalanos standing right next to the flight master has the " wing steed of the Ebon Blade" ( undead griffon) for a mere 600g.

Flew up there from Brill ( outside undercity) tonight and CONFIRMED it.

They are not limited time mounts in my game anyway,
