I am just guessing, based on the models shown. Only the knee area is showing double layer textures, and the male spine protrudes a bit.
If it is fully covered, nice! I generally put my Forsaken in skirts so I don’t see torn and tattered gears on her, would be nice to have an option for intact gear.

These are only alpha models so they’re unfinished. When they showcased the boneless undead customization at blizzcon there were no clipped issues around the knees and the back and rib bones were not protruding.

For whatever reason, WoWhead enabled both the “bones showing” and “bones hidden” options on the undead models for their screenshots, meaning that parts of the original bony models are clipping through the new limbs. Dunno if it was an oversight, or if that’s the only way they can display it right now.
If you look at the Blizzcon slide, you’ll see that the joints are properly connected, and all bones are fully hidden.
