I’m sorry, Scabber, but while we understand the frustration that comes from someone else harassing or otherwise being inappropriate, that doesn’t excuse also violating the Code of Conduct.

If they do violate policy, “I was defending myself” , doesn’t protect anyone from also being penalized if it is reported and reviewed. Our policies apply to everyone, equally.

I believe we are quite done with this one.

I would have edited that part with or without closing the thread, Scabber.

It was not appropriate, it is not your place to tell someone else how they may engage with the community if they are not otherwise violating forum policy. If you feel they violated policy you may use the reporting system. If you don’t like or agree with what someone says you may place them on ignore.
