Uncapped Conquest not in patch notes?

@Conquest and Valor Uncapped Until Season 2 Ends

Early in a season, it’s beneficial to pace gear acquisition by adding a maximum amount of Conquest and Valor that can be earned weekly to prevent having a dominant advantage by playing an excessive amount of hours in PvP and Mythic+.

This didn’t stop anyone from playing around the clock and getting so far ahead they would never fall behind. The people who made it to the top in the first few weeks are the ones who have been selling carries all expansion.
