Yep, the same three that have been up. I tweeted this thread at blizzard CS to see if they will respond, unsure how else to get traction to bring this to blizz’s attention before they just let it run out and they just issue apologies with no action.

Fire, earth, and water on Hydraxis. Servers go down in 6 hours so if it’s not there at 4 PST, it won’t ever be there.

It’s longer than that, even. It’s been either 18 or 24 hours since the last Storm was up.
I know for a fact that 1am-4am Eastern on Saturday overnight (technically very early Sunday morning) had 2 Storms. That window closed just over 24 hours ago. I know the 4am-7am cycle after that did NOT have a storm. I am unsure if the 7am-10am cycle had any storms. But I know that every single cycle from 10am until now has not had any storms.
So if 7am-10am Sunday morning had a storm, then it’s been more than 18 hours since the last Storm was up. If 7am-10am didn’t have a storm, then it’s been more than 24 hours since the last Storm was up.
This event is straight-up broken. And apparently Blizzard doesn’t care at all. It’s a terrible glimpse at the potential “quality” of this expansion, honestly I’m not very inclined or excited to play if the rest of the expack is going to be like this.

genuinely insane that it isn’t active right now. there is no single good reason on earth why this storm event is infinitely more rare than everything else IN A 2 WEEK EVENT. WTF.

tirisfal has been bugged since launch! this has prevented literally thousands of people from getting an heirloom trinket! what a disappointment.

Just spent two days and as much time as possible looking for the damn storm ele. Hasn’t popped once. Gonna stick it out on an all nighter hoping it shows up before maintenance, doubt it though. Sucks that they couldn’t have a set rotation since they dropped tiris from the event, instead buggy rng cuz it’s blizz

Spent last 3 days trying to get the last part for the heirloom. I hope blizzard allows people who have min 3 out of 4 to still get this heirloom as this boss has not spawned almost 3 days so far…

I have been on all weekend and have yet to see storm. I really want the heirloom but seriously blizzard? I even jumped on before work to see and still nothing. They need to deal with this issue. I have all other elements but storm. And now im gonna miss out on it because of bad programming??

4 AM PST, 7 AM EST elemental mobs just cycled. Earth, fire, and fire. Sucks… Since the next spawn cycle is at 7 PDT which is the same time as the server restart.
