There was no mention on the logon screen about upcoming server shutdowns, yet at 10:30 pdt “Shutdown in 15:00” appeared and has been counting down. Is this happening on other servers?

It’s all servers. Probably was a DDOS. I had to wait 30 minutes to enter ToV earlier and 27 to use the Orgrimmar portal back home.

There is most likely an exploit going on and blizz is fixing it all hush hush because its really bad probably.

Yes, it’s most likely all servers. Area 52 is doing the same. I wasn’t having any trouble, but a few friends on Disc were telling me it was impossible to stay connected.
I got stuck in a loading screen loop. Good times.

Yup, Icecrown is down as well.
I couldn’t log into my characters on Lightbringer or Wyrmrest Accord for about 2 hours now. Turalyon was fine for a bit but got the server shutdown as well.
