Unable to turn in quest, Rust and Redemption

I have completed the quest “Rust and Redemption, and it shows completed, but the elevator lever does not show a “?” and clicking on it just takes you up/down. I’ve have this issue on 2 of my characters.

Having the same issue, completed the quest, but the “?” is not there on the lever.

same issue. kept clicking on the lever and just brings me back to Skolzgal Mill in Dornogal…please fix it…

Same here completed it but no turn in decided to abandon it and now no way to pick up again.

I am unable to turn quest in also. ? shows on the map, but no where to turn it in.
