Hello,
I recently ran a vision with my guild mate. After my sanity ran out, my guild mate attempted to revive me but my character appeared to have been bugged out. He was unable to revive me and was forced to try and finish the rest of the vision himself.
I opened a ticket with a GM and was told that we could only get a vessel refunded for our characters by opening a technical support ticket on the forums.
Any help would be appreciated.
