Are you unable to restore Quest rewards? Andormu’s Tear I deleted and its not on the list to restore the item? Please help

You will have to open a ticket and ask im not sure if a gm can help have u tried abandoning and reaquiring the quest.
its completed already, its a quest reward item
Have you logged out of that character since deleting the item? That should nudge the system to refresh if it’s eligible for restore.
Its not on the list of items i can restore and no way to put a ticket in

Not unless the item is still in your deleted inventory. Game Masters, before the self-help Item Restoration page, were generally only able to restore items that were recently deleted. If the item wasn’t there, it usually couldn’t be restored.
I’m sorry, but if the item isn’t listed in the Item Restoration page, then it was already purged from the system.

Ah! I think that explains it.
You didn’t select Andormu’s Tear as your reward, you selected Band of the Guardian. That is in a Small Silk Pack, in your bank.

Are you sure? i remember having the Ring, its on Shadowdeals Paladin Level 70 on Dreamscythe TBC anniversary?
I’m pretty confident. Those items are reward choices from the quest Hero of the Brood. Since you finished it recently I still can see the completion date/time which shows 2/9/2026 2:26:23 UTC.
The item recreation time for the Band of the Guardian is
2/9/2026 2:26:23 UTC.
