Add this character to the list. Two pieces I can’t reforge from Resto to Ele, Shoulders and helm =(

i was having the same issue on my azerite chest piece, though i only had the first ring selected. however, the issue became “resolved” after i got enough azerite to level up my neck and select the second ring.
still having same issue with my shoulders.

I have the same issue. It has been 2 weeks for me and still no solution. I usually never post but this is just too much. My question is why blizzard is always talking about having a fair gameplay and they can’t even create that by fixing a bug that clearly does not allow for fair gameplay. Not even able to reforge new pieces of gear in a new raid tier is just extremely unfair. I opened a ticket and the help they offered was that they are aware of it but they can’t figure out what’s going on, I asked if blizzard will offer some compensation to people with this problem and the answer was to post in the forums because gms can’t compensate or do anything. This really makes me think about wheter i should be paying for a game that does not even offer any help for the community who pays every month to play the game. If this was a free game I would understand but there is thousands of people reporting this bug and nothing has been done about it. I understand could be a complex issue but in return for such an inconvenience of not allowing some players to reforge at the start of a raid tier they really should offer something and not just ignore the community as if nothing happened, yet again many people will continue to cancel their subscription, and blizzard still asks why are players leaving…if this is actually read by a developer as the gm said hopefully they see the problem is not the game but the way blizzard treat their customers. If this is never read by a developer at least I was able to express my opinion for the 15 dollars I paid this month.
