Unable to queue for specific dungeons while in a group

I am unable to queue for specific dungeons while grouped with another player. It says “the selected role is not qualified for one or more of the selected dungeons” even if I have Tank, DPS, and Leader selected. If I am solo, it works fine. While grouped, I can only queue the group for random dungeons. This has been an issue for over 24 hours now.

-We are both level 60 and have been since Tuesday
-We can both queue for any specific instance when solo, but not when grouped
-We have all dungeons unlocked, have done about half of them
-We are trying to queue for normal difficulty
-We both have proceeded about as far as we can with covenant and main quests, further progress seems to be time gated

This is still occurring days later and it appears to be a permanent glitch.

Hey Dathamar,

I can confirm that this is a bug occurring for some characters that our WoW team is looking into. They are trying to verify why it’s happening for some but not everyone.

Unfortunately we don’t have any quick fixes for this, but hopefully they can get it hotfixed or patched soon.

It can be gotten around by disbanding your group, having the leader queue for the desired dungeon, and then immediately inviting the rest of the group. This process must be repeated for each queue.
