I purchased rank 3 from Mother with echoes , as I have it on another character. I’ve completed a Mythic +15 in time, I have the achievement Keystone Master, I have the correct amount of residium but still stays its locked at the vendor.
What am I missing?
I think mother only sells rank 3, not rank 4.
I know, the vendor I’m trying to buy from is the ethereal in boralus.
Rank 4 I believe comes from the weekly chest after the next reset.

Does the character who is trying to purchase the Essence have the required achievement?

The requirement is “Keystone Master: Season 3 or 4”. To get that, you need to complete all BfA Mythic+ 15 dungeons within the time limit.
Odd, I don’t seem to have that achievement in my list It only shows Battle for Azeroth Keymaster, is that the right one? there is no season thing after it.
Tool tip seems to be a bit off on the description.
Edit: Just did a search in the achievement window for season three and comes up with Nothing.
That would be because it is a Feat of Strength achievement. They don’t show up until earned.
We’re currently on season 4, if I’m not mistaken.
It’s a feat of strength, so it won’t show up in the achievements pane until you earn it.
