Trying to buy a 58 boost for anniversary but after selecting pay now, the blue blizzard logo just spins and nothing happens. Tried 2 times now I have 2 transactions saying submitted..better not charge me for 2.
You currently have two of these in the submitted state.
Please don’t keep attempting that until these resolve.
Not sure why it’s showing you that, and I don’t know if either of these will go through, but until they return with a resolved status, we won’t know.

Usually it’s asks me to put my cards security code in after hitting pay now but didn’t these times so hopefully never went through.
Edit: Neither transactions have shown on my bank statement so don’t think they went through, might be an issue with blizz shop atm.
Ok, both of these now show failed - so in that case, that’s good

Edit: Is there an issue with the shop currently? As what ever payment method I click the blizz logo spins for ages then just says “Heads up!, Something went wrong. Select another payment method”
I am having the same issue. Was trying to pre-purchase Midnight and I get the same behavior and message regardless of what payment type I select.
The fix I found was do it via website not the app

Same issue here in regards to trying to purchase a service. Not using in game shop, but trying to purchase through the Battle.net app. I tried to buy a level 80 boost 1/25. I briefly had a message pop up to verify my purchase with a security code, but that went away and did not send a code and then the logo just kept spinning. I checked my transactions, and the order was showing as submitted. It disappeared within the next few hours from my WoW transactions and never charged my card. Same issue just happened again. So, seems like we have to use the website itself for transactions? Man, Blizzard has so many bugs right now.
Try disabling ur firewall and virus scanner and any overlay programs like discord.

Everytime I click on something to buy whether it’s with real money or Hearthsteel it takes me back to the main splash page… Super annoying. Maybe I’ll try the actual website…
