same issue, did delve 11, hidden trove is locked, i have keys
Hidden trove should never be locked.
It will only appear if you used a delver bounty.
Same issue on 2 of my characters (Boomkitty-Barthilas and Doomkitty-Barthilas). Doing Tier 11 delve. Summoned Underpin using Wave Scrambler. Used Delver’s Bounty Map immediately after killing Underpin (made sure I have the buff on both characters). Hidden Trove spawned at the end of the delve but it says ‘locked’ and I was unable to open it.
Just happened to me doing T11 Delve. Interwebs says to do all sorts of relogging tricks, none worked for me after 45 mins of trying.
obviously we were able to see the chest cus we used the map, the game has a bug that the chest remains locked
