Unable to open a ticket because I have "too many tickets open"

I only have a single ticket open, the other 4 marked as resolved. The message I get is:

You can’t submit this ticket.

You already have the maximum number of active tickets.”

Thats a bug i havent seen in awhile unfortunately vrak and orlyia have gone home for the nite and wont be in till morning and can help clear that.

Refund request for both Midnight and membership. Purchased both last night thinking I was going to have time to play soon but then my boss called an hour later and told me I’d be working these next 3 months so literally won’t have time to play other than like 30 minutes on Fridays which obviously isn’t enough time.

My only advice dont play anymore dont use the boost.

Question though, one of my tickets requesting a refund was closed because it needed to be ‘manually reviewed’ and then it asked me to open a ticket. So basically my ticket got closed and I got told to open a ticket lol. Is that normal?

Well the first refund is usualy automatic. Which is why u put in a 2nd refund.

because you did use the game time the automatic system will deny. So when a HUMAN does look at it, they CAN make the exception.

If you tried using the self-service option, those “resolved” tickets will fall off. This happens sometimes when someone tries multiple times to use one of the self-service option, because it does create a ticket, just so folks can reference that number provided if it is needed. But it doesn’t create a full-on ticket that will go up to a GM.

I cannot recall how long they take to fall off? But as Darth pointed out, our SFAs have been able to help nudge those out of the way to make room for you to create a ticket. It’s not guaranteed? But they have been able to in the past.

No, the refund is not typically denied. As long as it is within the refund policy the refund is automatically granted. They should be able to get Midnight refunded easily if they did not use the boost or other benefits from it. Most refunds are granted by the automated system as long as people request them within the time frame and have not used the product. In the case of games, it is 2 hours max playtime.

The game time though, that one will take a ticket if ANY game time is used. They don’t typically refund game time once started.
