Tried for the last week and even right now, as I type this, I cannot loot this item. Blizzard, you want to maybe fix this? Shouldnā€™t have launched the xpac if you did not have it working even mildly. This is the third bug report in less than a week, Iā€™m a little tired of doing this every week for 20+ years. Thanks.~

Still bugged - finally got a response to my ticket as well:

ā€please log out and log back in and check the in-game mailbox from the Postmasterā€ - Soā€¦.yeah, blizz has been useless to resolve this issue.
