Dual-Function Magnifiers, a jewelcrafting knowledge item in Silvermoon, is unlootable. Relogging and disabling add-ons does not fix it.

Same…tried reload, relog, disable….OO but did we try Warmode? I hear that fixes all bugs:( Last treasure i needed for JC

Here to say the same thing. Cant loot them. Put in a ticket got an AI auto generated load of crap response telling me to basically do what I had already did troubleshooting (reason how I know they didn’t read anything I said). So now I am here. Seems like a lot of us are having the same problem. Crazy thing is, I didnt have this issue on any of my other Jewelcrafter toons.

Character just sits there attempting to loot the item, but the loot window never pops up.

Same, and glad I am not alone.
Nor is this an isolated bug . Way too many, way too long before fixes.
Someone is paying more attention to lower overhead (neglecting updated servers and sufficient QA staffing) than customer satisfaction.

Still bugged as of 3/11. Here is a ticket response I have got from CS. Basically we are out of luck until someone notices this post and does something about it. If you know with a jewelcrafter that has been unable to loot this item, please refer them to this post so we can get it recognized and get this fixed. Thanks!

First, I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing this ingame. I can imagine how it must feel to encounter a challenge that prevents you from fully enjoying your gaming experience.
From my investigation, I cannot confirm any issues that would cause you to not be able to pick up the magnifiers (or other treasures), but I noticed similar reports on the forums. This isn’t to say an issue doesn’t exist, only that it’s neither confirmed nor reported internally, as such we lack a workaround for this matter and can’t manually grant the item or achievement.
We usually handle in game issues by applying workarounds set up by the developers, however, we can’t directly resolve potential bugs, so usually when we get situations like these, we check on our end for any internal reports that match the description given, or more accurately a workaround we can apply to assist.
When we lack a workaround, the best we can advise is to issue a bug report, that’s why it is necessary to pass this through to our dev team through the appropriate channels so that they get the full context of the report, and get the chance to investigate it further.

Hello, Game Master Nohuzupu I would like to add another location, Star Metal Deposit in Voidstrom is also not lootable for me. Is anyone else having this issue as well?
