Is this a bug or is it intentional?
I got kicked out of wow for some reason. The app wanted to update the game, and now I can’t log into both accounts at the same time. I just get a generic error code that sends me to a page that lists 4 possible reasons why I might be unable to log in (including forgot password). I can log in to either account but not both.
Assuming you mean WoW licenses, yes, you can still log into the two different WoW license at the same time.
That said, we are looking into an issue that some users attempting to connect to World of Warcraft and Overwatch are experiencing. It appears to be with users of a specific ISP, but we hope to know more soon.
I have 2 linked accounts I almost always play together.
i am also having the same problem but i can log in run around but after a minute or so it kicks me

Was playing doing dailies just fine, get to Uldum, constant disconnects now. Latency says both bad on world and home. Tested internet says 48ms of latency, ingame its over 5000, keeps going up and down on world and home

Same here being dc’d left and right in less than 1 minute, gonna close till its fixed.
I keep getting disconnected after about 30 seconds of being logged into my character. How do I fix this issue
I’ve mostly been dc’ing in Epic battle grounds. I’m sure I dc’d about 10 times. I disabled some addons to see if helped and no improvements.
At the moment, there doesn’t seem to be anything you can do, Irondrea. Outside of contact your provider and let them know that you are experiencing some issues connecting to our services.
We’re looking into the issue to see if there is anything we can do on our end.
Same thing for me. I try to login and i get immediately D/C, if not within 2mins.
How is this an ISP issue? maybe we should post our ISPs to see if there are similarities?
Getting disconnected 30 seconds after log in. Never happened before and internet is running fine. Error is 51900319. Has happened 13 times in a row now.
Sorry, this is happening on retail for me, not classic.
Same issue, Spectrum Internet/Time Warner in the NE of the country…
Same here was streaming just fine then nope. Everything else about the net works but this staying connected. “NOT” a provider issue!! If it is it’s only this game that’s affected cause VR and everything else works.
