Unable to create mechagnome race at all

Hi there,

In game - Unable to receive a quest in embassy to unlock mechagnome race. but it shows all requirements are met with lv 50 & mechagnome threat quest completed which means I am not able to receive a quest with this condition.
Create character screen - not all requirements are met so that you are not able to create mechagnome character
Achievement - I have already completed mechagnome threat as required.

can you please figure out how to resolve this?

Bumping this as I am having the same issue but only got an automated response from my ticket. Really frustrating.

Redid the chain on an alliance and I got the urgent care quest- sure would be nice for blizz to clarify how to unlock these guys.
