Someone over in Tech Support had a command line that you could run to help clear up connection issues and it seemed to work for a number of players who gave it a shot.

Have you guys tried those commands? netsh int ipv4 set glob defaultcurhoplimit=128 <- for Windows sudo sysctl net.ipv4.ip_default_ttl=128 <- For linux On windows you open command line.(and on Linux) This fixed login issue for me instantly.
