UK blocks Microsoft Activision Blizzard deal

Give Blizzard several studios across the country instead of basing WoW in Irvine, California?

You seem to be jumping into a conversation out of context. No one is talking about Blizzard lol.

Blizzard is apart of the acquisition. Don’t play stupid.

Which isn’t part of the conversation.

You ok?

Because the merger agreement said they would follow UK law and file with the CMA.

Except that it is?

Ok, so point out where it is.

Read their acquisition announcement:

Microsoft to acquire Activision Blizzard to bring the joy and community of gaming to everyone, across every device

You asked what would Miscrosoft do with more development and I answered you.

Which part of that was about Holosense.

Keep in mind, you are the one that brought it up lol.

I actually didn’t lol.

Yea, you did. You’re such a crap liar.

No, I really didn’t. Should learn how to read.

They examined over 3 million documents , over 2000 emails , did several site visits with both Microsoft and Activision as well as phone call conferences and formal hearings.

They didn’t base it just on Sony going “But Mommy I don’t want them to merger”

You should think before you type.

The irony here is you didn’t bother to think before jumping into a conversation with zero context of what was being said lol.

Bill Gates isn’t even with Microsoft anymore. Of course, with the stock that he owns, he’s still on the board of directors, however, he’s not making day to day decisions like when he was CEO, and president. I do wish that he was, then he wouldn’t have the time to talk about world wide pandemics getting worse over time, or buying farms for green causes.

Terrible news. If their is a silver lining maybe regulators will start looking into Sony’s anti-consumer practices.

Yes I am
 I hate Google too.

So, they wouldn’t want to put the leading device for mix reality technology into the gaming world, and capture that market? Is this what you think? Are you able to think in non linear ways ? Or are you just arguing for the sake of arguing ?
