Pointing out to you guys that you’re not getting pre-patch on tuesday is not a troll. In fact, when tuesday comes along, I expect an apology for wasting this much of my time over a simple fact.
Fact is, 1 hour maintenance = no patch.

Yes BATTLE.NET changes. it’s crazy, also not once have I said it was coming out on Tuesday I am just saying you are guessing and trying to say that the big change that they said was prepping for Shadowlands isn’t a framework prep.

It’s basically fact. They have always announced the date of the prepatch at least 4 days in advance. We’ve had no date yet. They will have a release candidate on the ptr for around a week, they currently don’t have one up. The prepatch isn’t this week.

That’s a framework change. If its a change required for Shadowlands that means they have to change the framework for the game to be able to run correctly on shadowlands.
Being that it’s such a big change it will have to be more then 1 patch.
Oh right they already said that we will have the “pre patch” patch then the real launch patch. oh right we also had 8.3.7 which was a patch for the shadowlands update. That is 3 patchs we need for 1 expansion that would seem to me that the 8.3.7 was a framework patch that adjusted certain variables so that it can ease into the massive number change the game is getting.
