Itâs pretty obvious Jake Paul is leaning into people hating him to sell fights. Heâs doing the same thing Mayweather did which is to get people to buy his fights hoping to see him lose. I thought it was obvious to everyone but after seeing how so many thought Tyson would win itâs clear thereâs just a lot of gullible people out there.
Itâs also interesting seeing how upset people get for Jake fighting cans when thatâs what every single boxer tries to do to pad their record to 30 and 0 and get a title fight. In all honestly heâs probably fought tougher competition in his first 10 fights than many ârealâ boxers. itâs also one of the main criticisms of boxing where they often refuse to put on the fights fans want to see because both promotions are afraid of their fighter getting a loss on their record. Theyâve done a bit better with that in the last 5 years or so though thanks in large part to the competition from UFC/MMA imo.

ROFL. Yeah you know nothing about boxing. First of all that fight shouldâve been stopped by the doctor over Serranos cut. Second of all it was a toss up same as the first one thinking Serrano won is fine thinking it was a fixed robbery is peak stupidity.
