Most of her quotes reference Sylvanas specifically. And she’s in the right to be angry considering her actual position.
Honestly any other reaction by Tyrande would be insane. Her people were literally burned alive en masse.

If they make Tyrande a raid boss all Night Elf players should just quit this game forever.
Not only that, but Tyrande has attempted peace with the Horde twice in the past as well. Once following the Battle for Mount Hyjal and the cessation of the Third War. Then the Warsong came and ravaged Ashenvale, again.
She attempted peace a second time after the Siege of Orgrimmar, when Vol’jin became Warchief. The two made a treaty. The night elves would give the Horde Azshara (zone) to farm lumber, provided the Horde kept out of Ashenvale. Vol’jin agreed.
Fast forward to Sylvanas’ march through Ashenvale, the cull at Astranaar, the War of the Thorns in western Ashenvale and throughout Darkshore, and then the Burning of Teldrassil.
I can’t blame her for being tired of everyone else’s BS.
