In terms of morality? Yes
In terms of military power? Equaly.

In terms of conquered areas? The horde lost no teritory,lordaeron is recaptured by the Horde and arathi and darkshore were retaken by the alliance

I will agree that the Alliance accomplished everything on your list except for rescuing Derek Proudmoore. That one was done by the Horde rebels and “rebels”.
