I am just posting to see about a couple of tickets I submitted. One is for a hacked account. The other is for a refund so I can get my friend in Europe, on the US realms. I am being patient, but just curious what the hold up is. My experience with tickets has always been positive. Thank you.

Well as. For ur friend he needs to start from.scratch buy midnight and lvl fresh theres no way to transfer anything between regions.
Trying the get him on Classic.
He still needs a subscription but it has to be on a na liscense.
