Incorrect. Zekvir was a joke once people reached about 620 ilvl.
Underpin is an absolute joke at 684. It was extremely easy for me at 660-ish ilvl.
I bet people at 680-ish ilvl can just burn down underpin and ignore all adds and bombs.
