I doubt the story would conclude without a cinematic. Blizz probably just made them very similar lengths to muddy the waters and keep people guessing.

8.2.5 patchnotes:

  • Added two cinematics
  • Added two reputations! Exalted earns the new cutscenes.

They’re most likely shared cinematics to be honest. The 6 minute one is most likely the one where the Horde and Alliance both confront Sylvanas.

The 3 minute one is probably the aftermath involving Sylvanas or setting up 8.3.

You have to remember that 8.2 ended with Saurfang, Thrall, and Baine entering an Alliance with Jaina and Shaw, and the raid ended with Lor’themar joining that Alliance. And Thalyssra was always on board with it.

The 6 minutes cinematic is Sylvanas explaining how she was right all the time, and we are all fools. The 3 minutes is probably alliance and doesn’t matter.

Unless the Leaker got the Patch wrong
 And mistook the 10 Stages of the 20-Man Raid Scenario(the last 20-Man Raid that was also a Scenario AKA Battle for Lordaeron had 11 Stages) for 10 Bosses


The Leaker’s words about the Shadowlands’s Zones indicates he got his info from Artwork and one of the Leaked Zones is called Riftlands(Rift of Aln anyone?) which indicates that he mistook the Nightmare for the Shadowlands
