I completed the Achievement, Received the Title but not the Mount! Please Help! I have a Ticket in and have Received an automated response telling me basically to come here and places like WoWHead and I know that can’t fix this so Im posting here in hopes that a Blizzard Employee will lay eyes on this and fix my issue.

Did you double-check your mount list? It is an automatically learned mount; you could also try logging onto an alt to see if you can see it from there.
