Hey there, I believe the issue you’re running into is very similar to this thread. The GTX 960 is one of the graphics we’re seeing these crashes and performance issues with.
The steps provided by Northernlite can still help address the issue with the frame rates drops and freezes as they do troubleshoot the type of Live Kernel Event occuring - Timeout Detection and Recovery, if it continues after trying Directx11/Directx11Legacy.
