If I have my original hearthstone and “Peddlefeet’s Lovely hearthstone” both in my bags is it possible to set them for two different inns?
When I bought Peddlefeet’s Lovely hearthstone I tried to set it for Temple of Telhamat and intended for the original to be set for SW trade but both hearthstones in my bags were set for ToT. Is this the only option?
Not counting any special location hearthstones such as Dalaran or Garrison (that are set to a specific place by default), any flavor of actual hearthstone will all share the location that you set when you talk to an innkeeper. It’s the same as if you used Astral Recall on a Shaman as your “hearthstone”.

you can buy a cloak from the stormwind quartermaster which will port you to stormwind… allowing you to put your hearth where you want, and still have access to stormwind
…and if you’ve got nothing else you want to spend your tokens on, they will disappear once the event is over… it’s better to spend them on something than let them go to waste.
the novelty hearthstone is a toy, so it frees up a bag slot by not having to carry a physical hearthstone in your bag
Unfortunately not; The alternate hearthstones (Such as peddlefeet’s) are cosmetic only.
The only exceptions to this are the hearthstones that are to one specific location (garrison/dalaran hearthstones are the only ones I can think of).
Collecting the alternate cosmetic hearthstone effects can be fun though, and just another neat little way to express yourself!
I bought that hearthstone “Peddlefeet’s Lovely Hearthstone”. It was better then letting the love tokens go to waste.
I noticed I can’t place it in my bags. The only way I have found to use it is to place it on my action bar.
Since it is technically a ‘Toy’ item, it won’t appear in your bags after your use it the first time. It will be added to your toy journal in the collections tab; Works similarly to your mounts or your pets. Learn it once and it can be used across all of your toons. You would then drag it onto your action bar and use it in place of the standard hearth stone (they would share they same cooldown timer); again, just another little fun cosmetic thing
I think blizz should have - capital city cloaks because all the toys and stones if you cannot make different locations on them is just … mentally challenged to force on your players – once again if they see a way for players to have fun … well you can’t have that !!!
All of the cosmetic hearthstones are set to your one ‘hearth’, but each has a different animation, and casting bar. Besides the toy versions, there are other ways to ‘hearth’, including the Ruby Slippers which drop from a specific iteration of the theatrical encounter in Karazhan. The casting bar for that one reads , “There’s No Place Like Home”. Since it has to be equipped, it’s not recommended for those who need to ‘bubble hearth’.
The Peddlefeet hearthstone shoots a red heart firework, and the Lunar is especially good for those who RolePlay as Balance Druids.
Since the toy hearthstones add to your achievement count for total toys, there are many reasons to collect them, but mostly cosmetic or non-combat applications.
Usually, they’re just one more way to make your travels in Azeroth more personal, and unique (you can also hum your favorite toon as you’re casting, to really get in the mood: “Ding, Dong, the Witch is dead!”).
