Two Forms - Toggle?

Might be a nice QoL change to make the Worgen’s ability to shift to their Human form a toggle.

Force the transformation during combat, of course, but let us default to Human when not in combat or after shapeshifting.

Not a big deal. Just one less button click, though.

Would be nice.

Indeed, it would be nice, like about every Gilnean Worgen in the lore does, using the form only for combat and then, as soon as they stop being so angry poof back to normal

That’d look really silly if you’re going from mob to mob constantly shifting in and out of worgen form

Looks even sillier walking around as a dog in a hat.

So leave the toggle off if you prefer?

I love your idea. It feels a lot more ‘worgen like’ and gives a I go wolf when I need to vibe. It being a toggle for those who are wolfs 24/7.

I’d like it to be an option even in combat, and you only get access to both your passive and active racials when in Worgen form instead.

Eh, I could get on board with that, in the spirit of more choice. But that would require changing the functionality of it. And I doubt Blizzard would go so far.

I’ve always wanted more control over the Two Forms racial.
What if it was a toggle ability like pet’s abilities? Right click to make it auto cast at the correct time. (Same with stealth… would love for my stealth to auto-cast when I’m visible.)

No thanks. I can’t wait until the unpruning happens next expansion. Many players are about to have a rude awakening when they find out we’re going to have more than 4 buttons to press.

I’d love to see this setup as a toggle! Would be fantastic.

I mean, i have a few Worgen characters, and i never use the human form, but i know i can just hit that button, and there it is. Im not sure what a toggle would do for ya that the button doesnt already do?

Less maintenance. A quality of life change. Just like the OP said.

I may be misunderstanding the OP then, because if 2 forms was a toggle, you still would need to toggle it on and off, hence doing the same thing as the button does, or at least that is my understanding of it.

Or is it that you toggle on 2 forms, and stay human, change during combat, and then go back to human automatically? That makes more sense.

Precisely. You choose which is your “default” form, essentially. Combat and shapeshifting force the Worgen form. A toggle would just be one less click every single time you leave combat or shift out of a form.

Ahh, yeah, gotcha, yeah, that would be nice for people who change back.

I wouldn’t get much use out of this myself, as I change form as I please.

But so long as it doesn’t interfere with my ability to change at a whim then I don’t mind.

Also please change female running wild k thx.

This seems like a reasonable ask, I was just thinking of how to macro a few buttons to do it out of combat. Would be nice to not have to bother.

Macros are too janky, especially when you add shapeshifting to the mix.
