Anyway, claimed the mog via Twitch Prime within 10 minutes of the announcement. Still don’t have it ingame.
Are they coming in later, or something is wrong is my end?

This is a known bug that occurred before that is difficult for them to figure out completely right now. You would need to add your issue to one of the current threads over in the Bug Report Forum. Just note, the bug makes it to where they will sometimes show and other times not so wait until the hotfix is noted before transmogging into it.

Damn, I just got the twitch mog, dragonflight epic and bought store mog…
Same issue here. I claimed it 4 days ago and triple verified that everything was linked correctly, still no mog helm. I have a pending ticket hoping to address it.
Patch 9.2.5 did include a first attempt at fixing it but we’ve seen the new reports and the QA team are continuing to investigate the cases. This has been a tricky one!
