Just claimed it and it’s not showing for me, either. I’m sure it will eventually, it’s just frustrating.
I’ve claimed it 19 hours ago an still haven’t received it
Just adding my two cents, claimed around 10 pm yesterday, still not received in game.
Claimed the reward on twitch 18+ hours ago and still nothing has appeared in game.
All my OW twitch drops are fairly instant.
From that it doesn’t look like your account is connected. It should say Claimed not Connect.

Claimed over 20 hours ago, still don’t have it. Never had an issue with any other thing being delivered.

Mine showed up after between 20 and 36 HRS.

I wonder what’s got them behind, I mean I did watch a stream the moment I saw it became a available but drops were enabled on the channel… it was classic stream though? I’ll update if I don’t have it by tomorrow. ;w;

There was an issue yesterday early with it showing as Overwatch instead of WoW. I got mine on Towelliee’s stream and they told him it could take up to 48 Hrs after the issue was fixed.

I claimed it 2 days ago when it was still bugged/going to OW2. I just checked today and now the transmog appears in my set list, so it seems to be fixed.

Can confirm that I have now received the drop, after having claimed it 24+ hrs ago. Glad it is resolved and working as intended now!
