Nothing for me either.
- The drop is confirmed completed on Twitch
- It’s been 2 days since claiming
- I am connected and have successfully claimed items in the recent past with no issue
Not sure what’s going on / what to do to get the item.

Jumping on this wagon as well, its been going on 2 days now and I have yet to receive my drop. I will say this, something I noticed… on Twitch it shows as being ‘claimed’ on my drop page BUT I never received a notice (mail) from Twitch acknowledging this like i received for every single other drop I earned in past. I just sent request for help regarding this to Twitch, hoping they can at least glance at this fact. We shall see!

Mine hasn’t arrived either, I checked and double checked that everything was set up right, claimed it on twitch no problem, no problem with previous drops showing up.

Same - I also never recieved the Celestial Steed from the last Twitch drop even though it was claimed. Essentially told to go pound sand…
Just more false advertisement to promote branding without caring about giving what was promised.
New Tweet from Blizz says they are looking into this now. Must have happened to one of them.

Thats funny! However probably accurate that it took someone with “importance” to be affected before they took is seriously. Too many people assume its user error which I get coming from IT, but COME ON has anyone taken ITIL in blizzard? When the issues replicate and are reported across multiple sources, regardless of how stupid it might seem TAKE ACTION!
I’m having the same issue, it’s been over 48 hours and still no toy 
I haven’t gotten mine yet and it’s getting close to 48 hours since I claimed it. If for some reason it doesn’t show up I’m not going to be upset over it. I just mainly want it to help get my Brutus pet for having 400 toys. I’m sure I can get another toy to make up for it sometime.
Same issue, instantly had all other twitch drops but nothing for this.

Having same problem.
I never had any problems with the other Twitch drops which appear almost instantly on my account.
Going on 2 days now and no Goblin Weather Machine.
Hope they fix it soon.

Same idk why it isn’t working the rest used to appear in my inventory in past drop this one hasn’t shown up confused me
It’s been 48 hours since I claimed mine on twitch and I still haven’t received my Goblin Weather Machine either. I’ve done everything suggested in the self help article and blizz literally blocks me from sending in a support ticket for this issue. Not sure what more I can do?
It’s been over 24-hours since I ‘won’ the goblin weather machine drop but it still has not appeared ingame. I’ve not had problems with any other drop from WoW in the past. Can someone pls address this obvious bug?
I just got mine after 2 days. They are aware and fixing it so stop crying over a free toy 
earned it last night almost 12 hours later still nothing
