Correct. But when someone asks Twitch “why didn’t I get my drop in WoW?”, then it’s the correct response for Twitch to say “Blizzard handles that”.
It’s all about what question you ask of them. They can’t be expected to see “why didn’t I get my drop?” and answer a different question that was never asked.

Why Blizzard and not Twitch? There are two companies involved here. Blizzard can’t grant you something they have no record of you earning.

Because I’ve already fulfilled my side with twitch. My accounts are linked, everything works fine. I got the feldrake another mount a kite even a purple firework instantly unlocked the days I claimed them. I’m 15 hours in after claiming this on twitch and it hasn’t unlocked in game for me yet. There is nothing more I can or need to do on twitch. This is ON BLIZZARDS
There’s already multiple threads in general from multiple other people with the same issue.
Same here and its been over 24 hours for me and all 6 other family’s accounts in my household. Normally we get twitch drops within minutes no matter the game.
File a bug report or comment in one of the threads in General Discussion. Customer Support is a player-helping-player forum with Blizzard oversight and moderation. The SFAs who post here are not liaisons with the Devs or QA. Posting “Me too” here will not add your name to a list of affected accounts.
Been about 24 hours for me, too. The feldrake mount from back in November took about THREE WEEKS to show up — and even then, it was only because I’d bought something from the shop (I think it was the Fireplume Regalia).
As soon as I bought that, both it and the Feldrake mount showed up. It’s like Blizzard’s system is constipated. It really would be nice if they devoted a little more attention to this though.

Doesn’t matter, not where it is now. More will get posted and have to be moved too so we have a paper trail and until they get sick of moving them and fix the problem for people
Going on 2 days and nothing, worst part is the silence from Blizzard but goes to show nothing has changed. Figured they would learn a little something if they try to bring back all these old players at least pretend to care.

It’s been days and it’s not in my inventory and it’s marked as claimed on twitch. so Now what.
same here i claim it 2 days ago and still nothing i open a ticket let see if blizzard said something

Same here. They say “within 24 hours” but it’s been over 48 for me. BattleDOTnet and TwitchDOTtv both have my accounts listed as connected.
Honestly, this encapsulates my entire experience with twitch drops. This is the third game i’ve had issues getting them in and one of the games they (twitch) just straight up was like “LOL WE NO NO WUT U NEED AN KAN NO HELP SORRIES!”
Twitch is hot trash and blizz shouldn’t bother working with them.
