Sometimes these pets or mounts what ever it is takes time to drop as more and more players do it…I did mine right at the very start and when realms went live my pet was in my pet Journal waiting for me to open the box…make sure your account is connected and you claim it too…I would give it another few days to see if it shows up if it doesn’t then put in a ticket…

Go to twitch, go to profile and then settings. You should have an option to select called drops and rewards. You click on the reward you’re eligible to receive and hit “claim” if your world of Warcraft account is already linked. If not, you will need to link the account to twitch first.
