People twinked for all sorts of reasons. I used to have level 75 characters xp off so they could spam bc and wrath dungeons. I never did pvp on them. Lots of people used to lock characters and run old raids and dungeons.
But that is no more, because there is only one approved playstyle, which in on rails “tell me what to do and I’ll do it, yes, sir!”
I’m sorry you feel so threatened by people who spammed old dungeons at level that you needed to make up a load of garbage about how people used to do xp off. But hey, at least you drove away a lot of players from the game! Keep it up and eventually you might be successful at reaching your goal of turning wow into a single player game.
