I am having this issue on this character. Its level 80 and a Vulpera, so Im not sure if phasing is the issue. The odd thing is Twighlight Highlands was normal for this character, and I did two world quests and have credit for them in the quest tracker. Now there are no mobs, no quests. The camp does have Rommath and Umbric, but no other characters or even portals.
I’m going to lock this one up to encourage anyone who is experiencing an issue with this area to post in the Bug Report forum with details so that our QA team can look into it.
