The problem is, it started in twilight Highlands. I couldn’t see, unavailable, the weeklies. I go into twilight Highlands. at the camp, It’s like my characters are out of phase.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled my game twice. Searched and deleted all of its extensions. (that I could find) I have uninstalled and currently have no add-ons or add on managers. I have reset server settings in console, that were recommended by blizzard. However my button orientation was still there. I have scoured the Internet and the only thing I could come up with is that i’m out of phase.
I checked my campaigns. I finished Mana Forge in story mode. From want I can tell, I am current with my campaigns now. I go to twilight Highlands camp and there are no tents or structures or world quest, weeklies.
The people are there. The tic tac toe games are there. The three portals are there, but structures are now gone. I have tried multiple characters. I have tried characters that do not have the quest and have not gone through the short quest in the beginning. I am at a loss. Any help you can give me and your time is greatly greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Generally speaking, if you are phased it rarely has anything to do with addons or files and reinstalling the game isn’t going to do a lot. You usually just need to figure out what quest or quest line might be causing the phase.
Looking at the character, I’m not seeing anything that stands out. Twilight Skies is a quest within a quest line that will phase you, but you already completed that as well as the other quests in Twilight Highlands as far as I can tell.
If you want, Dartmoor, I might be able to poke around on your character, I might be able to see something. I would need you to switch to a different character while I do that though. If you are able to let me know when you have switched.

Strangely enough, I’m seeing NPCs, the tents, and the portals. Rares seem to be showing up.
Now I don’t see any world quests in the area at the moment, but looking at your quest completion history it does seem that you completed 4 of them in the last 24 hours.
If you speak with Grand Magister Rommath he has Twilight’s Dawn and Disrupt the Call weekly quests available. He doesn’t have the exclamation points above his head, which is odd.
As far as I can see, you have the flagging to see the hub, nothing appears to be interfering.
Can you try logging in again and see if anything is different? - I may have accidentally moved your raft icon while I was clicking around…

Edit: Rommath and Umbric only have the question pane (window pane) of how they feel about working together. Everything does now show up visually. Sorry, the highlighted character is the Quartermaster. Very kind of you to mention the raft, ty and of course np
On my way!, I reverted to the last graphic card update. The camp did show up. They had an aura, I did check Roommath. I was looking for an explanation point. That is my fault. Logging in Ty

That is strange that I can’t reproduce it. When on your character Rommath has the two quests I mentioned. They should be available to you.

I can’t figure it out either. I remembered why I was encouraged to uninstall the game and add on messenger and do a fresh install of the game. A thread I found stated the reason he couldn’t see the quest was due to map settings. Then he mentioned world quest tracker, and one other person below him said his was due to a map option he didn’t have set. So he wasn’t able to see it. Sadly, he didn’t give a solution after his situation was solved.
It might be worth posting in the Bug Report forum to see if our QA team can find something.

I’m watching YT, Bellular Gaming, In a video he says, a person I assume on X @Ainastrsza. Jan-28-2026 Says: You straight up cannot do these World Quests is you completed Cataclysm Twilight Highland Quests in this area. It just doesn’t appear. Reported Bug on PTR/Beta, hasn’t been fixed.
I’ll return if I find out more. ty

I am having the same problem, but ONLY on one of my characters on US-Illidan. My Warlock cannot see any other NPCs or players in the camp. I did everything you described except reinstall because this isn’t happening on any of the other 5 max level characters I’ve taken to that zone for the pre-Midnight event. I even tried grouping with someone from another server and I couldn’t get pulled into a different phase.
What’s extremely odd is that I flew up to the top floating rock just north of Firebeard’s patrol when the world quest for void perforations was active. That allowed me to see other people, including the person in my party, and to actually do damage to a rare. However, a few seconds after hitting the mob, everything phased out again but me. I’ve gone through my quest log and there’s no quests that I’ve accepted in that area and this particular character was made during Shadowlands expansion.

Here is a pickle for you. Mage since 2008 day one. I have twilight highlands all chapters completed on my main. But can I see any npc in the new camp nope. Can i do the introductory quest Midnight Dress NOPE. I can go on an alt and i can see everything and they never stepped foot in Twilight highlands. Imagine that!!! Please help me figure this out as my main for 17 years can not doing the simple introductory quests nor see the quartermaster or any of the npcs. Thank you as this has been addressed on many bug reports and nothing has been done to fix it.

Update you have to do the Vulpera or whatever they are called quests to unphase yourself
From what I can see, Hatos, you may have started the Vulpera quest line some time ago. Since some of those quests take place in the Twilight Highlands, it makes sense that they would phase the area for you.

Though it looks like you didn’t complete the quest line, it might be a good idea. You should be on, just to clean it up so you don’t forget where you are.
Edit: That doesn’t seem to be the issue for the others who have posted here.

I’m facing a similar issue but for me Grand Magister Rommath isn’t at the camp
Same…I was able to kill rares then all but once…no portals . Quests are here but no npcs to complete quests. Rares are gone..no ppl around..like you say Phased.
From what I can see, Surgeclaw, you did the first quest for the event " The Cult Within", and then didn’t do any of the follow ups. You’ll need to continue with the quest line. Pick up Avoiding Blame in Stormwind.

For you, Spinal, I’m not entirely certain where your issue is but it does sound like that area is phased for you.
It looks like you started the quests in Twlight Highlands but didn’t complete them all. I don’t know if completing them would help, but if you want to try that route it looks like you should have Scouting the Shore available.
You can find more on quests in that area listed in the achievement.
Beyond that, I would definitely submit a bug report or post in the Bug Report forum. Include which character is impacted and what you are seeing.

SOLUTION, Hopefully this will help you as well.
Phasing: As to the Twilight Highlands Issue. Cromie is to blame! Don’t know why I bother with her. I always forget. Anyway. Go check, if like me. You played around with timelines. If you did, choose return to normal timeline. Hopefully this works for you, as It did Me.
NOW: Trying to figure out why the Last Architect is go longer gives Daily Decor quests, For 3/4 of my Characters. All my sincere best to you all.
I’m experiencing the same issue on my mage here, the only character out of all my alts that can’t see anything in Twilight Highlands no players, rares, wqs, and such.
It’s a very odd bug and I’ve reported it since I’ve tried other stuff and nothing seemed to work.
I’m having the same problem. I’ve been doing the quests on several of my characters..even earlier today after the patch. Then, everything just disappeared. No camp, no quest givers. Just some friendly dragons hanging out. lol.
