The spirit is gone because there’s no negative consequence to ruining the experience of other players anymore.
You can just log in, queue up for either M+, LFR, or RSS – whatever your jam is – and just repeatedly troll all day long every single day. Insta bail keys, threaten people that if they don’t do what you want you’ll ruin the game, ninja pull bosses, bully people around, pick a class you don’t like and force them to lose in RSS all day… Doesn’t matter.
There’s no “I might get banned for this” consequence anymore. They care more about the $15/monthly than about preserving the player experience.
