Is it just me or is the tusks of mannoroth too cringe now? everyone has it. If I see one more person using the tusks i’m gonna throw up.
Maybe blizzard could make a mode to change it the model of tusks to just no shoulder appearance the same way they did for spiders and crabs.
Probably should be in default as checked so ppl dont have to see the ugly tusks.

The possession of an item by others does not change the subjective value of the item to me.
To me tusks were kinda like invincible; the only reason they were desireable was the rarity. Once you take that away its just a bland model I’d never use.
Personally I think they look stupid.
But if that’s what people wanna run around with, it’s whatever.
When I saw the “rewards” for Remix’s Heroic Garrosh items, I was like “nah I’m good”. I’m glad, because I didn’t wanna have to do that much grinding anyhow.
I really don’t understand the rarity thing.
They are pixels on a screen, not like some vase IRL that only 3 exist in the entire world.
They are pixels that can at any time be re-created by flipping a 0 to a 1. They are not “rare”, in the actual sense of rarity.
I mean, Blizz could literally make a turd helmet, one that looks like a literal turd, and people would worship the stupid thing if it had a 0.0001% chance drop from a mythic raid boss. It’s so silly.
OH! Here’s an idea… why don’t we make a dunce cap and make it drop with a 0.01% chance off the current raid boss, and give it to exactly 5 players in the world. I bet you’d see 5 people in the world happily wearing their dunce caps.
I mean, you could apply that logic to any goal in game and they all become pointless.
Garrosh had a very “orcish” aesthetic. The “look” is understandably likable.
Which is exactly the point.
This is why I roll my eyes at people farming rare mounts. They do some of the most unfun and repetitive boring grinds for an item they will only use to show off how much they love wasting time doing tedium.
See, I will grab a mount if I come across it, sure. But I don’t go out and farm mounts just to have it. I will farm a mount, if I like the appearance of it.
Same goes with armor and armor sets. I’ll grab what I chance across, sure. But I only put time and energy into farming something I actually like the look of.
Otherwise, playing the game should be about having fun during the time you’re playing it. These people who bash their head off a wall to get an epeen item to show off how awesome they are because they bashed their head off a wall is the dumbest thing ever.
Some people have some serious IRL issues that spill over to the game.
“Feeling special” with “scarce” stuff is one of them.
It reminds me of a certain iphone app that did nothing other than costing a ton of money.
Its like shiny hunting in pokemon. “There are many shinies out there. But this one is mine.”
What if that’s having fun for them? Are you the fun arbiter that everyone else must abide by?
If you are having “fun” by doing the same boring repetitive task over and over again, uh, I suppose.
I suppose there are people who find enjoyment in bashing their head off a wall.
Personally I think that bashing one’s head off the wall might have caused brain damage in that cause, but eh, whatever. You do you.
Don’t be surprised when people laugh at you for it though, because it’s certainly not normal.
I don’t think a game item is less because of another person thinks they have less value, that seems like a dumb reason to base it on.
The reverse is true, I don’t consider an in-game item to have more value just because people worship the stupid thing.
Like the Tusks. I think they look stupid, therefore they have very low value to me. Just like the rest of Garrosh’s weapons. Which is why I didn’t bother farming them.
Nobody cares that you are salty that ppl have it lolz . its just a 3 x 3 pixel that players probably wasted too much of their life away farming it when ppl got it in 30 min of bronze farming

The rarity is alll fake made by Blizzard and now destroyed by them , You think you are playing their game but they are actually playing you 
Demanding a new texture so you can stand out makes it even more cringe is that all you think your time was worth
Except that it is actually pretty normal in wow, and generally people don’t laugh at you they just say “gratz”
Gratz for what, exactly, farming garrosh’s drops once a day for a couple days? lol.
Gratz for what, killing some zero effort boss in some old raid until the game decides to roll a 1?
These are not achievements to be proud of, lol.
Heck, even the mythic AoTC rewards aren’t because you can just buy a carry near the end of the AoTC time frame.
The real crime is that tusks werent opened up for all classes to wear.
What’s not to understand? It happens in real life and that mentality doesn’t switch off when you play a game. If something is rare, people want it. Otherwise that uberrich guy would not be motoring around in his Lamborghini, he’d drive a Volvo.
Blizzard define what is rare and loose it into the game so people who still have that brain spark that reacts to “want it!” will keep trying to get it.
