Everything is reset. If you try and re-join a Covenant you previously left, it also has a tedious grind to get back into their, “good graces”.
So if you do, you’ll have to start from scratch as if you’d never joined a Covenant and did any Renown quests, Anima Sanctum upgrades, Conduits, etc.
