It’s what I call the area around certain NPCs that dismount you. This really should’ve been obvious from context.
An option in Options>Gameplay>Controls below “Auto Loot”.
It’s a text-line command to target a targetable target. Lots of utility in macros, but can be done manually in the chat box.
